With over 20 years of experience teaching mathematics across UK state, independent, and British international schools, I bring a rare combination of classroom leadership and individual expertise to every student I work with. Currently serving as Head of Mathematics, I have a deep understanding of what it takes to not only meet curriculum expectations, but to exceed them. While I have a strong track record of supporting students across all ability levels at GCSE, my particular passion lies in stretching and challenging the highest-achieving learners — pushing them beyond the syllabus, developing sophisticated mathematical thinking, and equipping them with the skills needed to excel at Grade 8 and 9 and transition confidently into A-Level Mathematics. I thrive on identifying the untapped potential in talented students and giving them the rigour, depth, and intellectual challenge they need to truly fulfil that potential.
